Nicole Plata is the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for Plata Realty Group, Inc. Nicole Plata provides strategic leadership in the areas of social responsibility, philanthropy, and community partnerships for Plata Realty Group, Inc. Plata Realty Group, Inc. aims to leverage our corporate resources for the benefits of communities touched by our clients and services.
Prior to joining Plata Realty Group, Nicole was responsible for a variety of advocacy, leadership development, and evaluation programs and initiatives. Plata coordinated and implemented projects focused on creating accessible health care services for diverse communities through the San Francisco’s Department of Public Health, California’s Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission, and at the federal level with the US Department of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. In addition to her public health work, she has served in a variety of capacities influencing health care policy for vulnerable populations in San Francisco, and she was recognized by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors with a Certificate of Honor for her efforts.
